Industrial wastewater treatment plant has been decided to be built in Bursa DemirtaÅŸ Organized Industrial Complex for the aim of treatment wastewater arose from the operations under its constitution. After treatment of wastewater, which is characterized as textile wastewater, plant outflow will be discharged into receiving media in accordance with the European Commission Discharging Criteria by the plant with a max. capacity of 105.000 m3/day. As the result of feasibility and design studies, the treatment plant has been designed for the process of pre-settle + biological treatment, however the design also allows to use the chemical + biological process in case of the changes on the characteristics of the wastewater because of the multi purpose service of Organized Industrial Zone.
Temelsu has provided the following services due to the project requirements:
• Management of the Contractors contract
• Evaluation of the Contractors contract and it appendices
• Check of the process and hydraulic calculations prepared by the Client
• Review of existing reports and data
• Evaluation of construction work program
• Design check of detailed design prepared by the Contractor
• Supervision of topographical measurements and geological studies
• Supervision of Construction (construction works, erection and testing the mechanical and electrical equipment, commissioning)
• Finding out defects and deficiencies before temporary acceptance
• Check and approval of draft Operation and Maintenance Manuel prepared by the Contractor.
• Design Check of As-built projects prepared by the Contractor
• Taking place in the Temporary and Final Acceptance Committee
