Planning Report was prepared for an area of 600 ha and a population of 110 000 to determine the ordering of development stages that minimize the investments. Detailed designs and tender documents of water supply, sewerage, stormwater, road, electricity and telecommunication systems were prepared for an area of 86 ha. Final designs and bill of quantities were prepared for the remaining area.

• Stormwater Network: Length= 32 km, D= Ø300-Ø2600, Software: YAGMUR.EXE
• Water Supply and Distribution System: Length= 66km, D= Ø100-Ø1000, Software: KY-PIPE
• Roads
• Electricity and telecommunication systems
• Geo-technical services
• Mapping and development plan land application, detailed design and preparation of tender documents for 86 ha.
