Planning, preliminary and final designs, tendering and supervision of urban infrastructure and public buildings in the town of Erzincan which was struck by an earthquake in 1992. The project is financed by the World Bank and includes 30 000 m2 of municipal and government buildings, water supply, drainage and sewerage networks, wastewater treatment plant, sanitary land fill, roads, and traffic signals for the town with target year population of 166 000. TEMELSU was the sub-contractor of COWI-TEMAT Erzincan Joint Venture for execution of water supply and distribution network, sewerage network and wastewater treatment plant project components for design and construction supervision.
The following services are provided by TEMELSU staff:
• Preliminary, Final and Detailed Designs of WWTP and Sewerage Network:
• Data Collection
• Verification of existing system
• Estimation of land use development
• Establishment of project criteria
• Hydraulic modelling of existing system
• Hydraulic modelling of the system for the target year 2023
• Preparation of planning report
• Determination of sewer lines to be included in the implementation programme of project
• Preparation of final and detailed designs for the sewer lines which are in the scope of implementation programme of the project
• Planning and Design studies for Water Supply System and Distribution Network:
• Verification of existing system
• Establishment of design criteria
• Identification of work scope for leak detection studies
• Preparation of bill of quantities and tender documents for water supply and sewerage systems and WWTP
• Assistance to client for tendering of the project components mentioned in previous item
• Consultancy services during the construction stage for water supply and sewerage systems and WWTP
