Detailed Narrative Description of Project:

The project lies between Km: 109+640-172+404 of totally 425 km long Ä°stanbul-Bursa-Balikesir-Ä°zmir Motorway. The project comprises 63 km motorway, 3000 m. link roads, 3 grade separated interchanges and 1 at-grade interchange, 5 viaducts (totally 2000 m long), 3 interchange bridges, 8 underbridges, 5 overbridges, 100 box culverts, 60000 m2 retaining wall, 10 km side roads, 2 parking areas, 1 service area and 2 toll areas comprising 6 exit and 3 entrance lanes.

Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided by TEMELSU:

The services provided within the scope of the project cover:

– Review of the preliminary design,
– Geodetical survey and mapping works,
– Geological and geotechnical investigations and preparation of geotechnical reports,
– Hydrological studies,
– Detailed design of the motorway and structures including all items stated above,
– Preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment Report,
– Preparation of Expropriation plans,
– Preparation of Feasibility Report,
– Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Tender Documents.
