The project mainly for supervision of construction for the existing 2 lane Bozüyük-Mekece Road will be improved to expressway standards by extending the platform for a 2×2 dual carriageway and furnished with 29 grade separated interchanges.

Length of the expressway is 85.8 km having one long (2450 m) and one short (821 m) double tube tunnels. Project comprises several grade separated interchanges, railway crossings and river bridges. Services also cover prequalification of contractors, selection of contractor and supervision during maintenance period.
