The Detailed Design for facilities and infrastructures of the Permanent Operator’s Village of Birecik HPP was prepared by Temelsu as a sub-consultant of Verbundplan of Austria. The conceptual design was prepared by Verbundplan. The village was designed for 300 inhabitants and has 11 600 m2 buildings and 30 000 m2 open-air facilities laying out on a 400 000 m2 land. The project comprises 15 single houses, 18×2 semidetached houses, 50 flats and dormitories, an administration building, a school and sport building, a club and entertainment building, a shopping center and restaurant, a workshop and petrol station, a waste water treatment plant, transformer building, swimming pool and central place.
