The project is financed by Kuwait fund for Arab Economic Development. Engineering services provided in the scope of project are as follows:
• Preliminary and detailed designs for rehabilitation and extension of water distribution network (60 000 ha, 4 600 000 population, hydraulic modelling with KY.PIPE software)
• Leakage detection
• Design of telemetry system
• Assisting ASKI in tendering and supervision of construction works related to network
• Assistance to Client for tendering and construction supervision of Telemetry System

Temelsu staff provided the following services:
– Review of existing system for meeting the requirements of target year (including hydraulic modelling)
– Determination of the need for additional reservoirs, pumps, main pipelines and parallel pipelines for the first phase implementation
– Preparation of tender documents for the construction works and evaluation of the offers received
– Leakage detection and measurement
– Designing a telemetry system for the remote control of operation of Water Supply System of Greater Ankara
– Assisting ASKÄ° in supervision of construction works related to network
– Construction supervision for Telemetry System
