Description of Project:

The purpose of the Karacaören II Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant is to develop flow and inlet of water on the Aksu River between the Karacaören I Dam and Kargı Weir. This objective is realized in two stages as follows:
– Karacaören II Dam and HEPP using water flow and inlet between levels 185 and 90 on the Aksu River;
– Karacaören III Weir and HEPP using water flow and inlet at level 12,75 on the Aksu River.
