Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
It was decided that the infrastructure works including electrical, telecommunication, natural gas, reservoir and transmission line, potable water, stormwater and sewerage systems, etc. would be installed and wastewater treatment plant for sewage originating from establishments in the OIZ would be constructed. In the plant to be constructed covering the capacities of 7.992 m3/d of first stage and 59.400 m3/d of second stage, the effluent will discharged to receiving body to meet the EU Effluent Criteria. As a result of studies the plant was designed as primary sedimentation + biological treatment processes, and if modification was required then it will be worked as a chemical + biological treatment process for change in wastewater characteristic.

• Management of Contractor’s Contract
• Inspection of Contract of Contractor and annexes
• Supervision of all calculation and detailed designs prepared by the Contractor
• Review of existing reports and data
• Evaluation of construction program
• Supervision of topographical survey and geological investigations
• Construction supervision (construction works, mechanical equipment test and installation, electrical equipment test and installation, commissioning)
• Defects Liability Period before Operational Acceptance Certificate
• Supervision and approval of draft and final Operation and Maintenance Instructions
• Supervision of as-built drawings prepared by the Contractor
• Assignment in the Acceptance (Operational and Final) Committee
