The 28th Congress and 93rd Annual Meeting of the International Commission on Large Dams (ICOLD) were held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, People’s Republic of China, between May 16-21. General Manager Mr. Nejat Demirörs and Geotechnical Services Group Manager Mr. Özgen Kökten represented Temelsu International Engineering Services Inc. at the event.

Within the scope of the congress program, two separate presentations were made by Mr. Özgen Kökten, a member of the Turkish Commission on Dams (TRCOLD). The first presentation was presented at the international symposium titled “Applications of Digital Technologies in Dams and Digital River Basins” under the title of “Current Monitoring Techniques of the 169-Meter-High Clay Core Rockfill Atatürk Dam”. The second presentation was presented at the “Cement Material Dams” workshop under the title of “Case Study on the Çetin Hardfill Dam in Turkey”
