The project involves architectural and structural surveying of the existing buildings in Malatya Logistics Center and digitalization of the survey data as plan, profile and section drawings, carrying out evaluations with respect to earthquake regulations and preparation of the evaluation reports and retrofitting designs, and preparation of all preliminary, final and detailed designs for architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, landscaping and infrastructure works located in the plant extension area, including surveying for base maps, geotechnical investigations, calculations, reports, bills of quantities and technical specifications for construction.

Description of Actual Services provided by TEMELSU:
• For the following buildings having a total construction area of 83000 m2, architectural and civil surveying of the existing buildings, digitalization of the survey data as plan, profile and section drawings, carrying out evaluations with respect to earthquake regulations and preparation of the evaluation reports and retrofitting designs:
o Wagon Maintenance and Repair Building (8 Blocks, 47500 m2)
o Office Buildings (5 Blocks, 6650 m2)
o Social Facilities (7 Blocks, 7000 m2)
o Cafeterias (6 Blocks, 5400 m2)
o Guest Houses (2 Blocks, 2300 m2)
o Administrative Buildings (2 Blocks, 2600 m2)
o Lodgings (6 Blocks, 10000m2)
o Automobile Repair Units (3 Blocks, 1600 m2)
• Determination of the soil profile and geotechnical properties of the existing buildings located in Malatya Logistics Center and preparation of geotechnical reports
• Preparation of the base maps for an area of 84.5 hectares
• Route studies for 2.5 km railway
• Preparation of architectural renovation designs for buildings that will be retrofitted
• Preparation of preliminary and detailed designs for mechanical and electrical installations
• Preparation of landscaping designs
• Preparation of detailed designs for infrastructure works
• Preparation of bidding documents (bills of quantities, estimated cost analyses, technical specifications)
